Terms and conditions
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms and conditions govern your access to and use of Shoulu, a Google indexing workflow for submitting URLs, tracking indexing outcomes, and managing credit-backed indexing activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs in your workspace. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Service use
Shoulu helps submit eligible URLs and track indexing outcomes. Indexing decisions are ultimately controlled by Google and other external systems. We do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed, ranked, crawled, or retained in search results.
You may use Shoulu only for URLs and websites that you own, manage, or are authorized to submit. You may not use the service for spam, malware, phishing, deceptive content, illegal content, or attempts to manipulate search systems in violation of applicable rules.
Credits and billing
Credits are used for eligible URL submission workflows. When an eligible URL is not confirmed as indexed within the stated tracking window, Shoulu may return the spent credit according to the product rules shown at the time of use.
Credit returns are account credits, not cash refunds, unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Paid plans, invoices, taxes, and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Shoulu reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider changes, rate limits, abuse prevention, or events outside our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Customer content
You retain rights to URLs, metadata, and content you submit. You grant Shoulu the limited rights needed to process submissions, run checks, store operational records, and provide support.
Prohibited activity
You may not reverse engineer the service, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, use automated abuse patterns, resell access without permission, interfere with other users, or submit content that violates law or third-party rights.
Disclaimers
Shoulu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoulu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, search ranking changes, or search engine decisions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that could harm Shoulu, other users, or third parties.
