Shoulu provides a Google indexing workflow for submitting URLs, tracking indexing outcomes, and managing credit-backed indexing activity. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to account holders and visitors.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization membership, and settings needed to operate your workspace.

We collect URL submission data, indexing status, provider responses, timestamps, retry history, credit usage, and related technical metadata so that we can process submissions and show an auditable result history.

We collect billing and transaction records needed to process credit purchases, refunds, invoices, and fraud prevention. Payment details may be processed by payment providers and are handled according to their privacy practices.

We collect contact form messages and support correspondence when you ask for help.

We may collect basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, logs, cookies, and analytics events for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and product improvement.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, process URL submissions, verify indexing outcomes, operate credits, respond to support requests, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted URLs to create public marketing claims without permission.

Service providers

Data retention

We keep account, URL submission, credit, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal and accounting requirements.
