The terms that govern access to shoulu.co accounts, credits, submissions, and support.

Using shoulu.co
shoulu.co helps teams submit eligible URLs for indexing workflows and monitor status signals. You are responsible for the URLs you submit, your account credentials, and compliance with applicable laws, search engine rules, and third-party platform policies.
Credits and purchases
Credits are a service balance used for URL submissions. Paid credit packs are one-time purchases unless a checkout page states otherwise. Trial or promotional credits may be limited, changed, or withdrawn, and are not a cash balance.
Indexing results
We work to process submissions quickly, but no search engine placement, ranking, or indexing time is guaranteed. Status checks are based on available signals and may change as search engines update their systems.
Refunds and account credits
If shoulu.co returns credits after an eligible workflow, that return is applied to your account balance for future submissions. It is not a payment processor refund, cash refund, or reversal unless we explicitly confirm that in writing.
Abuse and suspension
We may reject URLs, limit usage, or suspend access for spam, malware, deceptive content, policy violations, attempts to bypass rate limits, or activity that harms the service or other users.
